Meet Dan & Sarah

Genuine and Fun- that's how we try to live each and every day. 

Our goal is to create a place for you to feel welcome, comfortable, and able to enjoy life's moments- 

no matter how large or intimate they are!

From something as grand as a wedding to making it through the work week- both deserve a celebration!

Sarah is going into 15 years in the event/catering/restaurant industry with her specialty being weddings! She is your go-to for timelines, event day flow, having a back-up to your back-up plan, and giving a little extra love towards the couple.  While she does work outside the property, she will have a presence administratively and on days away from work.

Dan has over 30 years in CNC programming/Plant Managing and is a stickler on organization and delivering 110% each and every time, no matter what the job is! We are excited to bring his love of time in the kitchen and share his signature dish with you! (more on that soon!)

Dan will be onsite daily with a full presence in all aspects of the operation to ensure that everyone enjoys time spent at the property. 

The Purple Pelican will be hiring for both Permanent and Seasonal staff soon!

Positions include:

Beach Bartenders and in Restaurant - ages 18+

Food Runners- ages 14+

Cashier/Orders/ Takeout Prep- ages 16+

Housekeeping - Beach Tenders  - ages 14+

Prep Cook - ages 18+

Line Cook - ages 18+
